Privacy policy

What we collect, why we keep it, and how to get it back or have it deleted.

This policy is an unreviewed template

It is placeholder wording to make the page real, not legal advice, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Replace it with counsel-approved text before you launch or collect any personal data.

What we collect

Account data: your name, email address, and authentication identifiers, held so you can sign in and so we can contact you about the service.

Brief content: the product, audience, benefit, and settings you enter, plus the variants generated from them. This is stored so your work persists between sessions.

Usage data: pages viewed, features used, and error reports, in aggregate, to find what is broken.

What we do not do

We do not train shared or third-party models on your briefs. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your brief content to improve output for any other customer.

How long we keep it

Brief content stays until you delete it or close your account. After an account is closed we remove its content within 30 days, except where we are required to retain billing records for tax purposes.

Processors we use

Authentication is handled by Google Firebase. Payments, when you are on a paid plan, are handled by our payment processor, which holds card details directly so that we never receive them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to privacy@seedand.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you may also complain to your supervisory authority.

Business customers processing personal data through the service should also read our data processing addendum.
